Tuesday March 17th, 2026. Our biggest day of the year, just got bigger — Not only will we be throwing our traditional massive Paddy’s Day party this year, but we’ll be celebrating our twenty-fifth birthday as well. Yep, 25 years of O’Hanlon’s. Pencil us in, bring your party hat and come have a pint would ya? Stay tuned for some new merch items and giveaways leading up to the big day.
Who remembers the magic of 2014? A rare moment in time we’ve waited a long time to relive. This Sunday, we’re opening at 6:30am for the Men’s Olympic Gold Medal hockey game. Full sound, plenty of space and we’ll be serving up breakfast and pizza — unfortunately no pints until 9:30am. Let’s bring it home. Go Canada Go!
Well hello February, we didn’t know if January was ever going to end, so we weren’t sure if we’d see you. But here we are! A short, but busy month at the pub — some new acts, some old ones, a Super Bowl party, karaoke still on Monday nights and as of today we are only six weeks away from Paddy’s Day… which, if you didn’t know, is also our 25th birthday. 👀 Don’t be silly, come have a pint.
Well, not to brag… but we managed to get the keg Christmas tree down before February this year. It came down today, but not before our 7th best bartender Riley attempted this mighty ascent. Rumour has it, Riley was actually the first person they contacted about scaling the Taipei 101, but he refused to take a weekend off from working the pub so they chose the other guy instead. **Please do not try this at home, or at the pub next Christmas season.**
New Year = New shows! We’re ready to see what 2026 has in store. Come have a pint and see what’s up!
Happy 2026 everyone (yes, even to you Cyrus)! We are closed January 1st (sorry, Cyrus) but reopen for service at 11AM on Friday January 2nd — with our first Friday night show of the new year being none other than Blu Beach Band! Extended thanks to anyone who dropped by in 2025 for a pint, a show or a dance party. We had one heck of a year and we’ve got lots in store for 2026, including our 25th birthday! Stay tuned. Cheers.

December! Last monthly music line up of the year. Lots of stuff happening at the pub as per usual — Aside from our usual craic, we’ve got a special Tuesday show right before Christmas, a NYE party with two of your favourite DJs and a whole lot of cheer (and beer) to go around as we celebrate the holidays with you. Split the… what? The tree? The game remains the same, like splitting the G, but more festive. The pub is decked out in enough lights to rival Casino’s Regina & Moose Jaw, we’ve got more ornaments than we do empty bottles of Jameson on the shelves and at this point we probably could’ve saved money by buying our own staple factory. Split The Tree™️ glassware hitting the taps on Friday and all holiday season long. Might make for a good stocking stuffer — definitely makes for a great pint of Guinness. Just try not to steal them or we’ll tell Santa (Tiny). 😉🎅
Split The G(rey Cup)! Massive congratulations to the entire Saskatchewan Roughriders organization for such a triumphant victory. Cheers to all that chose to celebrate at O’Hanlon’s, not just this past week, but over the course of the entire 2025 season. Thanks for letting us be apart of the party! Go Riders!
Big game on Sunday with potentially an even bigger party afterwards. Looking for somewhere to watch? We’ll be showing the game right from kick off, full sound through the PA system with a few decent drinks and food specials to go with. If we win? Well it’s all hands on deck — we’ve got DJ Tolley T on call, ready to celebrate with you all. If we lose? Well let’s not think about that, but we can just come to karaoke the day after and sing our sorrows away. Let’s go!
Spooky Season is over and November is here, meaning we’ve got TWO announcements for y’all! One being that we obviously have an entire new line up of music for the month which we are excited for! Two being that we now have coat check available on Friday & Saturday nights throughout the Winter — please bring cash if you’re wanting to check your coat 🙏. Come check your coat, have a pint and stay a while. As always, no cover — show up early to avoid the line.
🎃 HALLOWEEN 🎃 This Friday October 31st — No, not the actual Misfits. Just a few local degens dressing up and performing as the Misfits. We’ll also be doing a couple of giveaways for best costume(s). Music starts at 10:38PM (or somewhere around there). As always, no cover! Trick or treat, dress up, come have a pint listen to (and sing along to) some tunes.
